Can I choose my own seats?
Venue chooses seats in stated category (usually from holds in place) - there is no seat selection at the time of booking. But works well!
Will my seats be together?
Yes they will be together.
When are the seats allocated?
In most cases prior to arrival. There is no advantage in being early.
Is Halftix a reseller?
No - we work directly with promoters and venues - we don't resell tickets.
Does Halftix have a physical shop?

Can i make a booking over the phone?
We don't have phone bookings sorry
Am I buying from a trusted source?
Absolutely - Halftix has been operating in Melbourne a lot longer than Ticketek - and from when Ticketmaster was called BASS!
Do I need to print the emailed voucher?
No - on device is fine
Can I exchange my voucher?
email admin@halftixmelbourne.com from the same email address used to make the booking and if there's enough time before the show and it hasn't been sold out - no worries.
